The site runs on our hosting account, and we monitor it 24/7. The alert comes to us the moment it goes down, and the SSL certificate renews before it expires.
Security and updates
Every update gets tested on a copy of the site, on phones and browsers, before it goes on the live one.
Backups
Backups are for the day the orders vanish or somebody deletes a page. Each one gets put back on a test site first, to be sure it comes back whole.
Edits and changes
Email us whatever you can't change from the admin panel yourself. If it's quick, you'll see it on the site the same working day. If it takes longer, we tell you by the end of the day when it'll be ready and what it'll cost.
Page speed
We test the site's speed on Google PageSpeed against a target of 90 or above. Premium fixes any page that drops below 90. On the other plans, the fix comes out of your edit hours.

The report names it. The last line of each one says what the first job is next month, before the month starts. It comes off the numbers: the page losing the most people, the one search sends nobody to, the one that got slow. Tell us what is coming and that goes first instead: the busy season, the new service, the promotion you have planned.
Every request is read and costed the same working day, before there is any question of paying for it. Small changes are live by the end of that day. The bigger ones come back with a date and a number, and the build starts once that number gets a yes.
