I built custom software inside someone else's company for seven years. For three of those I led the team that did it, across more than a hundred client projects.
Init Catalyst is the same work, now with a team of my own. I set the direction on every project, and the team designs, builds and tests it with me. We answer any message within 2 working hours.
Take none of this on trust. Our work has its own page on this site. Five minutes there tells you more than anything I can write in this paragraph.
