- 96on Google PageSpeed, tested as a phone on slow 4G
- One tapfrom anywhere on the site to Angel’s phone ringing
- 24/7on his Google profile, with the area he covers
People stuck on the road reach Angel with one tap from his new site.
Angel runs a flatbed tow truck and a van fitted out as a tyre workshop. He tows cars, changes and patches tyres where they went flat, jump-starts batteries, opens locked cars, brings fuel and winches cars out of ditches, day and night, all over Sofia.
For years his work came from people who knew him and from his Facebook page. Angel wanted drivers who search „пътна помощ София“ to find him as well. He also wanted a site he could leave to us while he’s out on the road.

We wrote the site for someone standing next to a car that won’t move.
That person is holding a phone, often at night, on a hard shoulder or outside their block of flats. They want to know whether Angel can come, how soon he gets there and roughly what it costs. Long paragraphs and forms just slow them down.
We checked every decision on the site against one question. Does this get that person on the phone to Angel any sooner?
Every button on the site calls Angel.
Angel picks up his phone from the truck, even in the middle of a job. Someone stuck on the road needs an answer right away, and a call gets them one.
- The number sits in its own plate on the first screen, in large type and a hi-vis yellow-green we took from a safety vest. Nothing else on the site uses that colour. The number stays the brightest thing on the screen.
- On a phone, a call bar stays pinned to the bottom of the screen while you scroll. The number also shows up in the header, twice on the first screen, in the call bands between sections, in the contact block and in the footer.
- The 404 page carries the number too. A broken link shouldn’t cost Angel a job.
We left the message form off the site.
Every lead the site sends Angel is a call he can pick up from the truck.

You see the truck before it turns up.
Every photo on the site comes from Angel’s own jobs. When you’re deciding who to let near your car, you want to see the truck that’s coming.
- There’s the flatbed on the motorway at night, the winch pulling a car back onto the road, and tyres getting changed outside blocks of flats.
- We took the site’s colours from the same photos: the dark asphalt, the orange of the beacon on the roof and the yellow-green of the vest.

The copy sounds like Angel on the phone.
Everything is in Bulgarian, written the way Angel talks to someone who has just rung him. We read every line out loud and rewrote whatever sounded like an advert.
- „Останахте на пътя в София? Идваме при вас.“
- Stuck on the road in Sofia? We’re coming to you.
- „Телефонът се вдига от шофьора.“
- The driver is the one who picks up the phone.
- „Странична дупка не се кърпи.“
- A hole in the sidewall can’t be patched.
The site also says plainly what the service covers.
His flatbed carries cars and vans up to 3.5 tonnes. When an engine or gearbox fails, he loads the car up and drives it to a garage. A lorry driver knows before calling whether Angel can help, and a car owner gets a straight answer about the service.

The site opens quickly on a weak signal.
Somebody on a hard shoulder might have one bar of signal and not much patience left. If the page takes too long, they go back to Google and ring the next number.

Each service gets its own page, named the way people search for it.
The site is there to get Angel found by people who have never heard of him. We planned search in from the first page.
- Towing, flat tyre changes, tyre repair on the spot, jump-starts, lockouts and fuel, and winch recovery each have their own page. The city goes in every title and heading, because that’s the word people type straight after the service.
- We set up Angel’s Google Business Profile with his service area and 24/7 hours. He comes to you, and the profile shows the city and the area he covers instead of a street address.
- The FAQ answers what a stranded driver asks first: how long until you get here, do you work at night, do I have to move the car, and how do I pay.
People see Angel’s Google rating as soon as they open the site.
Those stars come from drivers he’s already helped. Someone stuck next to a broken-down car trusts them more than anything we could write about him.
